Quaker Hill Country Club is located at 1013 Old Quaker Hill Road, Pawling, N.Y. The venue was voted one of the top golf courses in America and was founded by Lowell Thomas, reporter, film maker, and radio presenter. The dinner will take place in the clubhouse, a converted barn used by Thomas as a broadcast studio and to show films. The centerpiece of the barn is the grand “History of Civilization” fireplace containing artifacts from around the world detailing the history of mankind.
This year, our Community Honoree is Innisfree Garden, a 185-acre non-profit public garden located in Millbrook, NY. In 2019, Innisfree, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Grace Church Honoree is John Byron.
