Brenda DeMartine will be talking on the various types of yoga, including meditation & pranayama (the breathing exercises that turn yoga from ordinary exercise into a body, mind & spiritual experience) & introduce the beauty of Ayurveda,(with the hope that you will want to hear more about that at a future date).
She will focus on the preventative & healing benefits of a daily gentle yoga practice and weave in a short experiential introduction to meditation and a 10-minute daily routine that stimulates many of the marma points in the body.
Future programs will include nutrition and another on safety. Look for future announcements!
